Adjusting Your Face Mask
Due to the nature of this product, these face masks are non-refundable.
With physical distancing and the need to get masks to the public as soon as possible, our masks are made as a one size option.
How To Make Your Face Mask Tighter
If upon receipt and washing of your mask you find that it is loose around your ears, here are the steps you can take to make it tighter:
- Putting the mask on and looking at your face in the mirror.
- Adjust the nose wire and then measure the length of elastic you need. Note, the elastic should be a little snug, but not uncomfortable or pulling your ears forward.
- Use a fabric tape measure (if you do not have a fabric tape measure, you can use string, yarn, or a shoelace) and measure the length you need to go around your ear.
- Divide the amount you need to shorten the elastic or cording by 2, and fold the elastic or cording into the mask on the inside at the bottom corners by this 1/2 amount and stitch as shown in the images below.
